Here comes free web-awards. Everybody can decorate his site with them absolutely free of charge. Those are made the graphic structures of web-sites a pretty chaotic, and, moreover, aren't much gratifying to the human eye. To set a struggle against this disgraceful occurence, I've decided to support an idea of Internet awards standardization.
